Undoubtedly, challenges connected with introducing the PSD2 directive were among the hottest topics both in the conference room and in the networking area. On the one hand, it seems worth to seize the opportunities opened up by the new regulation, like easier access to data for risk analysis and new products, for instance. On the other hand, we also need to establish rules for cooperation to prevent data abuse and theft, in order to maintain high credibility of the whole sector. Pedro Conrade – the founder of the first mobile bank in Brazil that uses biometric face recognition authorisation systems – sparked avid interest among the participants, especially during networking sessions. Congenial atmosphere, lively discussions and the conviction that we are the Polish leaders of digital transformation marked the whole duration of the Forum.
